Our Mission

Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehabilitation is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive therapy and supplemental care for children in need. We partner with families, communities, and health care providers to help children reach their full potential. We are accountable to our patients, donors, and partners – treating everyone with integrity and respect.

Driven by her own son’s needs, Mariann founded Jacob’s Ladder in 1998 to provide therapy services to the children of Northwest Indiana. Her dedication and commitment have led her to sit on several sub-committees for the Indiana First Steps program.
